Description:
This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to the HUCAMA model framework, giving participants a strong foundation in its practical application. Key scale components are explored in depth, offering valuable insight into how to apply assessments effectively across a range of organisational contexts. Participants gain a clear understanding of available reporting options and how to translate results into meaningful, evidence-based actions.
Course participants have a chance to complete a range of HUCAMA assessments, spanning personality, abilities, and work-role competencies. Each person receives their own set of personal HUCAMA reports to review, as part of their learning and skill development.
