HUCAMA Ability Factors (AF)
A suite of ability tests designed to assess how individuals process information and predict cognitive performance, supporting an understanding of work role potential. The series includes three non-verbal measures—diagrammatic, spatial, and numerical reasoning—along with a verbal reasoning assessment. Together, these scales provide a robust index of overall reasoning ability that can be used at any level within the workplace.
