Description:

This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to the HUCAMA model framework, giving participants a strong foundation in its practical application. Key scale components are explored in depth, offering valuable insight into how to apply assessments effectively across a range of organisational contexts. Participants gain a clear understanding of available reporting options and how to translate results into meaningful, evidence-based actions.

Course participants have a chance to complete a range of HUCAMA assessments, spanning personality, abilities, job and work-role competencies. Each receives their own full set of personal HUCAMA reports, including ability factors, agility aspects, personality factors and predictions, team role wheel, primary colours of leadership, and great 8 type report.
